The Car Cruise roars to life Saturday at 8am starting in Catoosa and cruises its way to the Claremore Expo Center. The Car Show starts at 9am, featuring some of the hottest rides around.

The festival is free to the public including the concerts, additionally there is a charge for VIP seating… Ticket info for VIP seating is forthcoming.

 

Yes, there will be emergency medical assistance available onsite throughout the event.

 

Arrive early to allow for possible traffic and security search at the entrance. Try to carpool. Busiest time with the longest wait is usually 4 PM – 7 PM on Friday and Saturday expect delays… All times are subject to change.

 

There will be paid parking for a fee on premise.

Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, and large bags.

  • NO Outside food & Beverage

  • NO glass bottles or cans

  • NO skateboards, scooters, cycles of any kind or hover boards

  • NO animals (except service animals)

  • NO GoPro / mobile video poles, sticks, or selfie sticks

  • NO umbrellas, shade structures and tents

  • NO chains or spiked clothing (ie. wallet chain, vest with sharp spikes)

  • NO weapons of any kind (knives, guns, mace/pepper spray, tasers, etc)

  • NO Harmful Chemicals

  • NO laser pointers or artificial noise makers

  • NO fireworks or explosives

  • NO aerosol cans (including can / spray sunscreen)

  • NO alcohol or illegal substances

  • NO small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (aka Drones)

  • NO Lawn Chairs

  • Any items deemed harmful by Event Team

 

Most food vendors accept debit or credit cards, but it’s a good idea to bring some cash just in case.

 

Pets are not allowed at the event, with the exception of service animals.
